How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship? Currently, Trendjornalnews ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my order? Our delivery timeline is broken down into two parts:
What is the order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Which carriers do you use? We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders quickly, you must request changes or cancellations before our 5:00 PM (EST) daily cut-off. Please email us immediately at support@trendjornalnews.com if you need to modify your order.
How do I track my package? Once your order ships, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Bags must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.
Are there any return fees? No. At Trendjornalnews, we offer no-fee returns. We do not charge restocking fees, and we provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 12 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Are the bags exactly as shown in the photos? We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
How should I care for my new bag? To maintain the quality of your bag, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth and store in the provided dust bag when not in use.
Is my personal data safe? Absolutely. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and save your information for future purchases.
